--Benefits of Sura Al-Muddaththir--
Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (a.s.) has said that the person who recites this surah in his compulsory prayers will attain a rank near the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) in the hereafter and will be protected from misfortunes in this world.
If this surah is recited daily and then a dua is made after its recitation, then the dua will be answered and the need will be fulfilled. If one makes dua that he wishes to memorize the whole Qur'an then he will not die until he has memorized it.
